- Property Details: Physical address of the inspection site, year of construction, and renovation history.
- Occupancy Data (Sensitive): Names of tenants residing in the unit. In specific Risk Assessment scenarios mandated by N.J.A.C. 8:51, we may also be required to collect the ages of children residing in the dwelling to determine inspection protocols.
B. Information We Generate
- Inspection Data: Dust wipe sample results, XRF readings, soil sample analysis, and visual assessment logs.
- Certifications:** Copies of issued Lead-Safe or Lead-Free Certificates.
2.How We Use Your Information
We use your data for the following specific business purposes:
- Service Fulfillment: To schedule inspections, perform on-site testing, and generate the required Lead Evaluation Report.
- Regulatory Filing: To file mandated copies of Lead-Safe/Lead-Free Certificates with the Municipal Clerk and the NJ DCA.
- Renewal Management: To track the expiration of your certificate (valid for 2 or 3 years) and notify you when a re-inspection is required by law.
- Payment Processing: To process inspection fees via our secure third-party payment processors (Gusto and Clover).
3.Disclosure of Information (Mandatory Reporting)
To operate as a licensed Lead Evaluation Contractor, we must share data with specific government and technical entities. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that these disclosures are required by law:
Government Agencies: We are legally required to submit inspection results and certificates to the relevant Municipal Clerk, Local Board of Health, and the NJ DCA**.
Certified Laboratories: We share property addresses and physical samples (dust/soil) with Environmental Health Services, EHS, certified laboratory for analysis. These labs maintain their own Chain of Custody records as required by federal law.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. This includes using encrypted email for report delivery and secure. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
